Ingredients
- 6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Cereal
- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 6 cups mini marshmallows
- Wilton Color Right Food Coloring System
- 33 large Wilton Candy Eyes
Instructions
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Add 2 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in food coloring until evenly tinted.
- Add 2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal and mix until completely covered.
- Cool the mixture for about 5 minutes until easy to handle.
- Measure out approximately 0.7 oz of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Press a candy eye into the center of the ball and mold the mixture around to secure it.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture, using different colors for variety.
- Allow the bites to cool completely before serving or storing.
