A nutritious and creamy Chia Seed Pudding that’s easy to make and perfect for breakfast or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 4 cups Milk (or non-dairy milk, such as almond, coconut, or oat milk)
  • 2-4 tablespoons Sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • A pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl until fully combined.
  2. Add the chia seeds, ensuring they’re evenly distributed in the mixture.
  3. Combine and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some liquid. Stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. The pudding will thicken as it chills.
  5. Serve in bowls or jars, topping with your favorite fruits, nuts, or granola.

Notes

Stir during the first chill to prevent clumps. Adjust consistency with more milk if needed. Use quality ingredients for the best flavor.
