Ingredients
- 750 ml orange juice
- 2 organic oranges, sliced
- 1 organic lemon, sliced
- 300 ml Campari (or a similar bitter aperitif)
- 1500 ml Muscatel frizzante (a sparkling wine)
- 1 can lychees, drained
- 50 g fresh blueberries
- 50 ml raspberry juice (or any other red juice)
Instructions
- Prepare the citrus: Start by slicing the organic oranges and lemon. Set aside a few slices for garnish and place the rest in a large punch bowl.
- Combine orange juice: Pour the 750 ml of orange juice into the bowl over the citrus slices.
- Add Campari: Gently stir in 300 ml of Campari, pouring it slowly to maintain a sparkling effect.
- Incorporate sparkling wine: Pour in 1500 ml of Muscatel frizzante.
- Mix in lychees: Add the drained lychees to the bowl, creating the spooky “eyes.”
- Finish with berries and juice: Scatter the fresh blueberries and drizzle in 50 ml of raspberry juice.
